They have gone out of their way to find, secure and deliver on time when we asked what we believed to be impossible. [Fortune 500 Aerospace Company] is our biggest customer with which we have a "GOLD" rating; Bluefin is one of the reasons we still carry this rating. When we have requirements we go to Bluefin first, the others have to measure up to them. As of now I can't see how any changes would improve their superior performance awarded us.
